Data and privacy

This page lists what the price request form collects, who gets it and how long it is kept.

Collected when you send the form

Your name, phone number, email, the job ZIP, the container size, kind of job, where it will sit and when you need it. The page you sent it from and the page that referred you are stored with it. Your permission is recorded as the exact wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.

Who receives it

No more than three dumpster companies that serve Baltimore, so they can call, text or email you with a price. It is not sold to marketers or used for anything other than this one request.

How long it stays

The request and the record of your permission are held for as long as five years, which allows the site to show when and how you agreed if that is ever questioned.

Stopping contact

Tell any company that contacts you to stop and it has to. To ask what is held about you, or to have it removed where the law allows, write to support@charmcitydumpsters.com.
